The 'Yulin Dog Meat Festival' Needs To Be Stopped

Image
The Dog Meat Festival in China was created over 4,000 years ago and still takes place today. It is estimated that over 15,000 dogs are consumed over the 9 days this event takes place. In fact, the festival is taking place right at this very moment and will continue until the 30th. These dogs aren't just ate but also skinned, electrocuted, hung, burned alive, beaten, and boiled alive. Besides dogs, cats are also on the menu for these sick people. There have also been rumors surrounding where the animals are even from, with some speculating that they were stolen from families, due to the fact that some of the dogs still wore collars. As you can see, these festivals are inhuman and need to be put behind us once and for all. If people can get incarcerated for hitting their animal than why should this be allowed? It's evil and honestly, disgusting. Sign this petition to help end the Yulin Dog Meat Festival: http://chng.it/trVyqM8S6Y Thank you for your help.

20 Underrated Songs That You Need To Listen To Now

Image
When it comes to music, most times the radio singles become the biggest hits and most streamed while the other tracks get left behind and forgotten. This habit doesn't do justice to the amount of effort and time put into each individual song. So, here's a list of twenty songs from alternative style bands that you might have overlooked, but need to give a listen to. #1          The Judge - Twenty One Pilots "I head out, down a route I think is heading South, but I'm not good with directions, and I hide behind my mouth, I'm a pro at imperfections, and I'm best friends with my doubt" #2         The Jester - Badflower "Is there anybody out there looking out for me? Does anybody need me? Is every last soul just f***ing me over?" #3          Disenchanted - My Chemical Romance "You're just a sad song with nothing to say, about a lifelong wait for a hospital stay" #4     ...

Everybody Stay Calm; The Office Is Leaving Netflix

Image
NBC's original sitcom, The Office, has easily been one of the most watched series on Netflix in a long time. In fact, there are even people who pay for the streaming service specifically for The Office. However, due to the uproar of streaming services, Netflix will be losing the rights to one of its biggest shows. There's no reason to freak out yet, though, as the show will remain on Netflix until the end of 2020. After that, the series will only be available on NBC's new service. So viewers have about one and a half years left to binge one of their favorite shows before it leaves. This could cause serious damage to Netflix, however, as it will also be losing all of its Disney content by the end of this year. It looks like the streaming service might be looking at its end.
